Hi;
Just got back to Florida and Zorba's was one
of the highlights of the food finds in the Bahama's. My Gyro was even better than in Greek town here and the conch had a batter that was to die for. Please share the ingredients for that batter PLEASE. I don't cook seafood but told myself that if I could get a batter that tasted that good, I would start enjoying seafood more often. The prices were reasonable and the porch tables were fun and lunch there, was definitely a good memory. Thank you.

WanderIND: Great variety & service
This is our never fail go-to restaurant for the past dozen years! Probably has the fastest service on the island if you are in a hurry--which you shouldn't be in the Bahamas!! You can almost always visit with the owner who does keep a watchful eye on the quality of food & service. Zorbas is always busy at peak hours, so going early or later is a good idea, but there are a lot of seating options.Service is fast, friendly & attentive but not intrusive. Their daily specials are varried and always a good choice. Breakfast here is also a nice option--the Bahamian souse for breakfast is delicious & filling! Portions are generous & pricing is very reasonable. We have had the Bahamian fare as well as Greek dishes and are not disappointed. The gyros are always tasty as well as a quick meal. Their daily soups do not disappoint either and it is still very nice to get a basket of hot, fresh baked bread with every meal!! You can't really go wrong at Zorbas!
